Conference registration rates

The registration fee includes access to all conference facilities, the electronic Conference Proceedings and Book of Abstracts, the Welcome Cocktail, lunches and refreshments during the conference days, not including pre- and post-conference programmes. The fee does not include accommodation and the conference dinner.

Authors of contributions accepted for presentation can benefit from a reduced fee. For each paper, only one reduced author’s fee will be offered.

Cancellations submitted in writing and received before 15 May can be refunded with the deduction of a 40 € administration fee. Registered participants may request their substitution if they provide for their replacement all the details specified by the registration form.

Student fee

For young scholars, full time students and PhD students (under 35 years) a special discounted fee of 200 € is offered. To request admission as a student, please send a short ‘motivation’ letter to the Conference Secretariat at budapest@eden-online.org together with evidence of your student status and age.

Group discount

Three or more delegates wishing to attend the conference from the same institution, and submitting their registrations together, are entitled to use a group rate discount of 15%. Extension requests of already processed group registrations cannot be accommodated. For additional information on the procedure, please consult the Conference Secretariat at budapest@eden-online.org

Method of payment

All payments must be made in Euros. The default method of payment is by credit card. Payments arranged by bank transfer (with all bank charges pre-paid) are charged with a handling fee of 8 €. You will be informed about details of payment in the e-mail confirming the receipt of your registration.
